History
In 2004, while talking with a grassroots field team in Washington, D.C., Rhonda Bambrick clearly remembers the moment that it was suggested that she could “definitely run her own shop”. The notion didn’t leave her. Again, and again it kept coming to mind, and so, just as she does with her work and for her clients, she put a timeline together to set her goals which lead to the opening of her own public relations shop.
If you talk to those who’ve worked with Rhonda, they’ll tell you she’s always one to step up to a challenge, to say yes to new opportunities, while giving it her all. With each of these challenges and opportunities, she made sure to learn along the way, to continuously build her skill set and to move forward.
In 2013, after leaving a larger grassroots public relations firm, Rhonda took the opportunity to work as a subcontractor with a smaller firm, and to put down roots in Albany, New York. During that time, she found that opportunities requesting her help were growing greater in frequency, and so with the encouragement of her family, and ahead of her timeline, RC3 Communications opened for business at the beginning of 2017, as a firm that will deliver thoughtful, honest direction, hard work, and results for its clients.
Setting goals and working hard to achieve them is at the heart of RC3 communications.
